I looked out the window today, and lo and behold, it's clear. Here are some better pictures:

I had to laugh when I saw this. Why are they using a floor buffer? The ineffectiveness and ridiculousness! Someone needs to go down there and tell them that a hose would work much better. And, I'm not sure why it takes 4 guys to do this.
