Snow day

Yesterday after lunch the kids weren't tired enough to put down for a nap, and it was so beautiful outside, so we decided to take them out in the backyard to play in the snow for the first time. We stayed out for about 20 minutes, then they napped all afternoon. :)Whenever the kids would throw snow in the air, we would say, "Yay, Nicky," and, "Yay, Catie," and pretty soon Nicky started yelling "Nicky!" whenever he threw snow. It was adorable.

Walking in 6 inches of snow is difficult when you're less than 3 feet tall.
